Website updates on the new season

I have updated my website now that the long, wet winter has given way to the new event season.
I wish all my clients, friends and, of course, David (pictured) and Roxanne a fabulous competitive season!

David Britnell wins again

David Britnell and Continuity 6th in their 1st CIC1* at South of England and then Newmiln Jamestown won a BE Novice for the 1st time at BCA. David has reluctantly decided to sell James (pic) and he is advertised on Horsequest.

Regional Championship entries

Well done to David with Newmiln Jamestown, now qualified for the BD Regional Championships at Elementary Restricted level. And to Kim Young riding Ad Appel who will be at Addington on the same day in the Novice Restricted Regional Championship.

Davids Symm Training Bursary

Training Bursary Awarded to David Britnell
David is thrilled to receive a £750.00 Training Bursary from Symm, sponsors of Hambleden International Horse Trials..... now then, where to spend it?........

Lou Austin Stage 4 success!

BHS Stage 4 Stable Manager
Congratulations to Lou Austin who has just passed the tricky British Horse Society Stage 4 SM at her 1st attempt! All those hours poring over bits and conformation worked.......

Eventing win for Emily

Well done to Emily Estcourt and Welton Sophisticat on winning the British Eventing 100 Open class at Mattingley. Onwards!

Dressage Regional Qualification

Congratulations to son David on qualifying Continuity (Brad) for the British Dressage Regional Championships at Novice Open and Elementary Restricted levels.  Aiming for Addinton on the 9th of August.

Buddy, aged 22, wins two Elementary tests!

Buddy (Oh Boy Oh Boy) , Davids old event horse, showed fine form in one of his rare outings to win both Elementary classes at Widmer Farm on Tuesday 04/06/13.  He scooped the 53 qualifier on 68.82%, beating stable mate Brad (Continuity) into 2nd with 67.94%. He also won the Elem43 on 67.93% and Brad took 2nd place in the Novice qualifier on 65.17%. Unfortunately this was not a regional qualifiying score so we are off to Patchetts on Sunday to try again.......

Emily and Batman win again

Congratulations to client Emily Estcourt who won another BE90 riding her fabulous Fernhill in the Shade (Batman) aged 6. This talented combination is a pleasure to coach, always soaking up the information and doing their homework. So pleased that it worked on the day AGAIN!
